Michael focuses on leading operations and driving the growth strategy. He has over 18 years of progressive leadership, operations, client engagement and growth experience within the financial services sector. 

Known for his detailed approach, he has consulted behind numerous blue-chip MNC’s operations and strategies in the UK and APAC region, from Global Banks, Insurance companies to financial regulated start-ups. With a proven track record of delivering growth through sales leadership, Michael has developed a vast network of key relationships with business leaders and senior Compliance and Financial Crime executives across the APAC region. 

Michael is based in Singapore and holds an MBA with Distinction from Cardiff Metropolitan University (UK).
